Online purchases may be returned for a merchandise exchange, store credit, or a full refund based on the original form of payment within 14 days after the date of purchase. The Item must in its original condition with all tags still attached. The original sales receipt/shipping invoice must accompany all items returned.

After 14 and up to 30 days from the date of purchase, merchandise may be returned for exchange or store credit only. The item must in its original condition with all tags still attached. The original sales receipt/shipping invoice must accompany all items returned.

Please note that there is a 5% (of total purchase price) service charge (plus shipping charges) for all returns shipped back to us.
